Summary
Imaging in Glaucoma Continues Its Exponential Growth with Evolving Understanding. Imaging Insights Detailing Structural Parameters of Angle, Optic Nerve Head, Macula, Filtering Bleb Define Treatment Algorithms & Disease Monitoring. Case Scenarios Detailing Clinical Insights of Various Imaging Tools with Emphasis on Impact on Treatment Will Be Shared. Imaging Tools Discussed Would Be : Ocular Coherence Tomography (Oct) Namely as Oct, Rnfl, Macular Ganglion Cell Complex, Oct Angiography with Their Fallacies and Interpretations. Angle Dynamics Imaging Tools Including Aqueous Angiography Dictating Surgical Decisions of Cataract Alone, Migs or Combined Surgery. Ocular Surface Imaging Utilizing Sirius Meibography and Conjunctiva Under Microscope Would Be Explained in Correlation to Treatment Outcomes. Current Utility of Ultrasound Biomicroscopy in Glaucoma Management, Optic Nerve Head Imaging Including Its Interpretation and Fallacies with Focus on Myopia Confounders Will Be Detailed.

Instructor is a teaching faculty at a tertiary level hospital and medical college with over three decades of surgical experience in glaucoma.
