Summary
Chairperson : D Ramamurthy Synopsis: Though Cataract surgery has progressed by leaps & bounds there are still several unanswered questions & not so well defined concepts. From an absolutely practical stand point this Course in a panel discussion format with a stellar faculty, will deal with the dilemmas faced by a practicing Ophthalmologist. It would cover the entire gamut of Cataract surgery from pre-operative evaluation, biometry, surgery, surgical complications, Post-operative management and optimizing outcomes. The constant endeavour would be to deliver several take home points to the attending delegates which they can directly employ on their return to surgery.
