Abstract Body:
In this video we are presenting a case of Manual SICS in Phacomorphic Glaucoma 1. ScleroCorneal Tunnel with Radial Cuts & ScleroCorneal Pockets which prevent sagging of the Lip of Tunnel by fibrosis of sclera. 2. Trypan Blue Staining under air. 3. Envelope Technique by Keratome Capsulotomy. 4. Hydrodissection done and 5. Capsulorrhexis completed with Vannas Scissors and Forceps. 6. Copius use of Viscoelastics and Viscoexpression of Nucleus and Epinucleus. 7. A single piece PMMA IOL implanted. 8. Thorough Visco wash with air bubbles in AC. 9. Repose Conjunctiva. Note how easily the entire surgery goes, without any special instrumentation or expensive viscoelastics.
