CCC in Intumuscent cataract is always a challange.To prevent Argentinian flag sign a number of methods have been tried but many a times they do'nt work as planned and we land up in trouble.The sucecess of a case depends upon ability to perform CCC.This video demonstrates a 2 min duration magic step which helps in dealing with the capsule , preventing Argentinian flag sign while doing ccc in intumuscent cataract. In all such cases we are following the same routine since 2021 and we’ve almost done 100 plus intumuscent cataract cases without the occurrence of Argentinian flag sign
