Summary
This Course Presents a Systematic Approach to Diagnosing and Managing Developmental Corneal Abnormalities in Children. It Will Cover Updated Classification, Clinical and Imaging-based Evaluation (Including Eua, As-oct, and Ubm), and Differential Diagnosis of Primary and Secondary Anomalies, Such as Peters Anomaly, Sclerocornea, Ched, and Associated Syndromes. Participants Will Learn to Identify Structural and Systemic Clues, Select Appropriate Medical and Surgical Interventions (Pk, Dsek, Gdds), and Apply Tailored Visual Rehabilitation Strategies. the Role of Genetics, Molecular Testing, and Multidisciplinary Care Will Be Emphasised. Through Case-based Discussions and Expert Insights, the Course Aims to Enhance Diagnostic Precision, Improve Surgical Planning, and Support Lifelong Functional Vision in Children Affected by the Condition.

Specialises in managing developmental corneal disorders, pediatric keratoplasty, and complex anterior segment reconstruction. Actively involved in clinical research, surgical innovation, and trainee education.
