Phacoemulsification Though Preferred and Very Safe Surgery for Cataract,can Sometimes Encounter Unexpected Challenging Situations Intraoperatively,requiring Change in Plan.it Could Be Rhexis Run Off.making the Subsequent Steps of Pahco Difficult and Even Requiring Conversion to Sics.intraoperative Miosis Makes Phaco Very Challanging.intraoperative Hard Eye Though Uncommon,warrants Immediate Attention and Cause Great Difficulty in Completing the Procedure.similary Sudden Deepening of Anterior Chamber Is Another Situation,which Demand Extra Expertise.intraoperative Zonular Dehiscence,if Not,managed Well,may Lead to Changing the Plan.pcr Can Occur with Most Experienced Surgeons at Any Stage of Nucleotomy,cortex Aspiration or Iol Implantation.it Can Lead to Dropped Nucleus and All Sorts of Complications.many Times Situations Demand Changing the Planned Iols and Placement Once Pcr Happens.this Course Will Highlight How to Manage These Complications and Sail Through These Storms.
