In Spite of Reasonably Good Phaco Surgery, Many Times Patients Complain of Some Disturbing Symptoms Like Pain, Watering, Foreign Body Sensations. Moreover, They Do Not Have Clear Vision as It Was Explained to Them Before Surgery. and They Are Really Concerned About It When Premium Iol Has Been Used. We as Surgeons, Remain Concerned as What Has Going Wrong After Otherwise Good Phaco Surgery. There May Be Various Reasons Like Corneal Oedema, Raised Iop, Inflammation, Infection, Residual Refractive Error or Even Misalignment of Iol. Thorough Examination and Sympathetic Approach with Properly Managing the Issue Will Certainly Bring Smile on Patient's Face. He is general ophthalmologist with special interest in cataract, refractive surgery and retina/vitreous. He has made more than 260 scientific presentations like free papers, posters, films at AIOC, ASCRS & AAO since 40 yrs. He has served as chief instructor and faculty in various ICs at AIOC. Also served as panelist in FP session during ASCRS meeting. He has designed 4 point scleral fixated IOL. He has also designed Illuminated Chopper to be used during phaco in cases with corneal opacity (Moonlight phaco). He has done pioneering work in Intravitreal use of phaco probe in cases of drop nucleus
