sometimes over confidence may land uou in trouble,no matter how experienced you are. in this video a routine uncomplicated phaco case became cause of tachycardia for surgeon who have done more than 50k phaco cases. reason being not following some basic rules. Here a smallm pupil case managed well with experience but lesson learnt is not to forget basics
