Traumatic Subluxated Cataract
Abstract Body:
Presenting a case of a traumatic cataract in a 51 year old male with very deep set eye, Preop vision hand movement only with grade 3 Nuclear sclerosis and 180 degree subluxation. Already difficult surgery became more challenging when inadvertently use poorly diluted Tricort migrated in the vitreous to make the red glow very poor.
