Title:
Taming the Zonules - A Marfan's Rescue
Abstract Body:
A subluxated cataract of a Marfan's syndrome was managed with capsular hooks, capsular tension rings and a 3-piece IOL with the outcome of a centred IOL. Due to progressive zonular dehiscence typically seen in Marfan/s syndrome, the case presented 6 months later with a decentred IOL, which was managed with capsule tension segment. IOL was re-centred and secured with scleral sutures.
