Floaterectomy (PPV for symptomatic floaters )effectively removes visually disturbing vitreous opacities with minimal surgical trauma. our patient experienced marked improvement in visual clarity with improvement in his day to day working. supporting floaterectomy as a safe and effective option for worrisome floaters.
