Mystery in the Bag
Abstract Body:
A 46- year- old one eyed female presented to us with right eye complicated cataract with best corrected visual acuity of counting finger close to face. She is a known case of uveitis on on & off treatment . Patient was adviced right eye manual incision cataract surgery and intravitreal ozurdex implant under topical anesthesia. Patient underwent the same procedure. On POD1, slit lamp examination showed well dilated pupil with ozurdex implant in the pupillary axis with best corrected visual acuity 6/36 . Anterior segment OCT was performed which showed ozurdex implant behind the posterior surface of IOL and posterior capsular bag.
