Mystery of the Vanishing Fluid !
Abstract Body:
While doing a sac syringing - the injected fluid either regurgitates or is felt in the patient's nose/throat. Through this case we aim to discuss and demonstrate an interesting case of 'Atonic Sac', where the fluid had neither of the above mentioned scenarios. It is important to be aware of this entity and its management especially when planning an intraocular surgery.
