In this video, I present 3 interesting cases of pupiloplasty, all done in special scenarios. Case 1 was done in a post-pk eye; case 2 was in a post-traumatic paediatric eye with a clear lens; and case 3 was a combined case of cataract extraction with sfiol along with irido-dialysis repair and pupiloplasty in a post-traumatic eye. This video will be informative as well, will highlight the importance of this manoeuvre
