LASSO SUTURE FIXATION OF SUBLUXATED IOL
Abstract Body:
This video describes a modified minimally invasive lasso suture fixation technique for the rescue and stabilization of subluxated intraocular lens – capsular bag complexes. This technique is an effective, bag preserving alternative for managing IOL subluxation. It offers a smaller surgical footprint than traditional exchange methods and is particularly useful in eyes where preserving the primary IOL is desirable.
