Summary
Lid reconstruction is a useful procedure when lid affected with tumor,trauma and face burn .Most of the patient suffers from psychological upset. In this instruction course we intend to discuss the cost, safety, surgical outcome and efficacy of cutler beard eyelid reconstruction utilizing various materials e.g. autogenous auricular cartilage Novel silicon plate and others for tarsal plate replacement following excision of large malignant tumors.Use of Novel expander in lid reconstruction, tenzel rotational flap and skin grafting in trauma and face burn . Successful application of double z plasty. And also discuss Eye lash and lid sparing orbital exenteration in black fungus infection the novel procedure demonstrated and discuss the possible complication and rehabilitation.This instruction course is video based presentation and discussion.At last discuss the management of upper and lower lid retraction by Novel Filamentous knitted polyester Fabric Graves Orbitopathy

Chief author is working as Professor of ophthalmology at reputed Medical college as teaching faculty.He had clinical and research experience about 16years.In his career, he did 500 reconstruction surgery published 30 peer reviewed journal.Of which 10 of Pubmed index. He had 4 international presentations in ARVO and abstractly published in IOVS journal. Author getting awards from AIOS and DOS and AAO 2022 as free paper and video presentation.I hope this instruction course is really learning in the field of reconstruction surgery
